Our client, an emerging healthcare company specialising in eye care – spanning areas such as ocular hypertension, diabetic retinopathy, AMD, and glaucoma – was poised for a significant digital transformation. Advancing towards their fifth API iteration, they needed expert guidance to navigate their ambitious goals within a set timeline. The primary challenge was managing the growing complexity of their codebase and consolidating multiple applications to enhance the software architecture and its functionality.

A highlight of the project was our implementation of BigQuery, enabling an efficient event store and streamlining their big data management. We designed new dashboards to present data in an actionable and understandable format, providing valuable insights for quick and confident decision-making.
