Advancing Conversation Intelligence

KAI, a revolutionary platform in the healthcare value chain, had a mission: to unlock hidden human insights from conversations between Pharma field teams and healthcare professionals, as well as clinicians and patients. After building their MVP, they were ready to advance their capabilities, to encourage better conversations, enriching human relationships, and ultimately improve health outcomes. The primary challenge was to enhance their existing functionality and user interface, particularly focusing on conversation navigation, insight visualisation, and data delivery.

Refining Conversation Analysis

Responding to KAI's requirements, we embarked on a mission to augment their front-end application. This entailed the integration of an intuitive navigation system for in-depth conversation analysis, the implementation of advanced features for superior insight visualisation, and the introduction of a mechanism for effective data delivery. Alongside this, we refined the UI to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for users, making the process of uncovering hidden insights from conversations more accessible and efficient.
