Streamlining Health Report Quality Assurance

Invision 360 aimed to standardise and enhance the quality of health reports submitted during the EHCP process. To achieve this, they needed support in creating a tool that would enable standardised criteria, foster cross-peer auditing, harmonise with existing quality assurance frameworks, and automate gradings based on selected guidelines.

Digitising Quality Assurance in Health Reporting

To assist Invision 360 in realising their vision, we collaborated with them in the development of a tool that would fit their specific needs: the Quality Health Advice Audit tool. This collaboration included supporting both the front-end application and the back-end server, aligning with Invision 360's overall strategy. Together, we established the delivery of standardised criteria and clear examples of what comprises 'good' health advice. Additionally, our shared efforts enabled cross-peer auditing within and between services and facilitated automatic grading and moderation, reinforcing a consistent and reliable auditing process.
